Please note the following :

1. You can contact us by phone or email or can visit our centre for further information or to fix-up an appointment for treatment.
2. you can come as single or with partner or any other attendent.
3. Generally, the centre remains open from 11am to 6pm Monday thru Saturday for the appointment (except local & govt. holidays).
4. Once your appointment is fixed for treatment, if needed, we will provide you with a list of recommended hotels, as well as other pertinent travel and touring information.
5. For insurance reimbursement, please check with your insurance company .
6. You can come for a preliminary or introductory meeting with a prior appointment without booking a date for the treatment.
7. We request you to send all the possible details about your problem (please fill this form). It would make your treatment easier.
